| Removal |
| 1. |
Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable. |
| 2. |
Remove the battery.

Remove the ECM (A).
|
| 4. |
Loosen the mounting bolts (A) and then remova the ECM bracket (B).
|
| 5. |
Disconnect the brake fluid level switch connector.
|
| 6. |
Remove the wiring fixed clip.
|
| 7. |
Remove the brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir with a syringe.
|
| 8. |
Remove the clutch brake hose (A). [M/T Only]
|
| 9. |
Disconnect the brake tube (A) from the master cylinder by loosening the tube flare nut.
|
| 10. |
Remove the master cylinder from the brake booster after loosening the mounting nuts (A).
|
| 11. |
Separate the reservoir by loosening the screw.
|
| Installation |
| 1. |
To install, reverse the removal procedure. |
| 2. |
After installing, bleed the brake system.
